Nicolas Cage has inspired yet another hilarious meme, with his blank facial expression during a visit to Kazakhstan inspiring the latest round of internet jokes.

The Oscar-winning American actor was photographed staring vacantly ahead while standing next to Eurasia film festival president Aiman Mussakhajayeva, wearing a traditional Kazakh robe.

During the 53-year-old's visit to the transcontinental country, he attended the opening of the 13th Eurasia International Film Festival.

In the photo, however, the actor appears to be seriously questioning his life choices.
