Nicki Minaj sparks marriage rumours with mysterious tweet

Nicki Minaj has fuelled speculation she is getting married.

The Super Bass hitmaker did nothing but add to the rumours she is planning to tie the knot with rapper Meek Mill when she posted a mysterious tweet asking her fans if they preferred a beach or church wedding.

The online message currently has over 15,000 retweets and over 13,000 favourites - with fans preferring a wedding by the sea.

Meanwhile, the 33-year-old singer previously hinted the pair are planning on eventually tying the knot but denied reports she is engaged.

She said: "I don't know what's going to happen with he and I. I just know right now we are really, really enjoying each other's company.

"He and I are not engaged. But he said he would like to give me three rings before we get married."

The couple have also been getting relationship advice from Jay Z and Beyoncé.

She added: "We actually spoke with Jay Z and Beyoncé about it. After our show at [Brooklyn's] Barclays Center [in October], we had dinner together. They were so giving with advice. I love them so much.

"It was just a beautiful conversation to have with people we love and we look up to as a couple. They're so strong."
