Don McGlashan is heading out on tour.

Don McGlashan is heading out on a nationwide tour that will take in 17 dates over more than a month.

McGlashan will be playing in support of his most recent album, 2015's Lucky Stars, as well as songs from his back catalogue.

The shows, across September and October, are being held in intimate venues, offering an up-close and personal musical experience.

The tour kicks off on September 13 in Whangerei, and ends in Queenstown on October 21. Tickets are on sale now through donmcglashan.com
