Many musos have presented their own takes on the theme song of Netflix's hit series Stranger Things, but not like this.
Rapper Wiz Khalifa has taken the popular track and, along with guest rapper JR Donato, lay down some bars including lyrics like: "It's like I'm talking to a stranger / Now everybody getting stranger / I think I'm in danger".

The track was originally made by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein, members of the Austin instrumental synth-rock band Survive, and their synth-heavy, 80s sound lends itself perfectly to Wiz's hip hop take on it.

Stranger Things has been the talk of Hollywood since its first season debuted on Netflix, and the kids from the cast dominated at the Emmy awards on Monday despite the show not even being nominated (due to its debut happening so late in the season).
Millie Bobby Brown, Caleb McLaughlin and Gaten Matarazzo (Eleven, Lucas and Dustin) charmed on the red carpet, performed Uptown Funk at the preshow, and even dressed in character and handed out snacks during the ceremony.
Stranger Things has been confirmed by Netflix to be returning for a second season.
