She may be a multimillionaire - but no one seems to have told Rita Ora that you can't put a price on being a good neighbour.
The X Factor judge and pop star has upset residents near her new home - by installing a tacky plastic hedge along its entire frontage and the driveway to the garage.
One outraged neighbour said it stood out "like a sore thumb".
The 24-year-old also rubbed neighbours up the wrong way with loud parties and disruptive rebuilding work at the semi-detached home.
Although it is unclear whether she is living in the North London property full time yet, her new neighbours are already unhappy.
The Hot Right Now singer held an all-night birthday party for Radio 1 DJ and fellow X Factor judge Nick Grimshaw last weekend with star guests including model Kate Moss, and Olly Murs and Caroline Flack, who didn't arrive until 1.30am, the Sunday Mirror claims. The party last weekend is said to have carried on until 4am.
Neighbours have also told how lorries have been driving in and out of the quiet street as the star does the house up. A neighbour told the Sunday Mirror: "My children know who Rita is but I don't.
"I've heard about her reputation and I don't want any loud parties."
A source said: "Rita does not live in the house, it is one of a number of properties she owns. She is currently in the US on tour."
The paper reported that council planners gave her the go-ahead to make changes to her home - despite objections from some neighbours.
In 2013, Ora was reportedly asked to find a new place to live after complaints about noisy late-night gatherings at the West London apartment she was renting at the time.
But it didn't seem to deter her hard-partying ways - earlier this year, residents in a separate London complex were said to be "up in arms" over the volume music coming from another apartment.
Ora did not respond to MailOnline's request to comment last night.
