British pop star Jessie J is heading to Auckland next month to perform a free show at Vector Arena.
The March 11 show, which marks the singer's first trip to New Zealand, is being put on by iHeartRadio. No tickets will be sold. Instead, fans have to register to win one.
The singer told the Herald she was excited about the visit and hoped to make the most of her short time here.
"I can't wait. New Zealand is one of the most beautiful, picturesque places in the world, so I hope I get to see it in the 48 hours that I'm there."
The singer shot to fame four years ago with the hit single Price Tag, which saw her top the charts in New Zealand and around the world.
At the time, she was booked to tour New Zealand before illness forced her to cancel the shows.
Since then, she's released two more albums, including last year's Top 20 hit Sweet Talker, which spawned the hit Bang Bang featuring Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj.
When asked what fans can expect from the live show, the singer said: "Big vocals, a great band, lots of fun and lots of audience participation.
"I always get them involved someway or another, it changes every show. I like to just have fun, you know? And just create an atmosphere that they really remember forever. Lots of big hit songs ... It's gonna be fun."
