Kiwi singer Lorde has celebrated her second week at No. 3 on the US charts by performing alongside big name artists Kanye West and Kings of Leon.
Lorde, real name Ella Yelich-O'Connor, last night performed her hit single Royals on the first episode of the new season of UK show Later ... With Jools Holland.
The episode also featured performances from Kanye West, Kings of Leon and Sting.
Royals is currently sitting at No. 3 on the US charts, with only Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball (No. 1) and Katy Perry's Roar (No. 2) above her.
Commentators said Lorde showed obvious nerves but grew more confident as the song wore on.
"There is no way that performing on Later ... with Jools Holland alongside Kanye West & Kings of Leon would not be daunting however she has done an incredible job of holding it together. Well done," wrote Todd Williamson on YouTube.
"Better than single version IMHO. Ok it's? not without flaws but so what, it has character and allure. And you can't auto-tune that in," wrote slbelfield.
