A new trailer for the upcoming blockbuster Star Trek Into Darkness has increased speculation the film will be linked to the franchise's famous installment The Wrath of Khan.
The two-minute trailer for the JJ Abrams-directed feature starts with a voiceover admonishing Captain Kirk for his arrogance and warning him it
will one day lead to the deaths of everyone under his command.
It ends with Benedict Cumberbatch delivering a direct quote from The Wrath of Khan: "Is there anything you would not do for your family?"
Movie sites Totalfilm and Movieline say the line adds to speculation Into Darkness will be a quasi-remake of Khan.
Cumberbatch's character John Harrison is thought to be linked to the tyrant villain from the earlier film.
