Warning: Coarse language

Just when you thought the ugly feud between actor Mel Gibson and his ex Oksana Grigorieva was finally over, a new blow has been dealt.

New audio of Gibson verbally abusing Grigorieva has leaked online.

The former couple, who have a daughter called Lucia, split in 2010 after a one-year relationship.

In the expletive-laden tape which was recorded in 2010 and recently obtained by Radar Online, Gibson starts by admonishing Grigorieva for breastfeeding with implants, and lying to him about having fake breasts.

"You're trying to breastfeed with f****** foreign bodies in you." Gibson can be heard saying.

Grigorieva responds: "That has nothing to do with it."

Gibson says: "Oh, it had nothing to do with what? The fact that you had foreign bodies in there? OK. Good. So you're not lying to me about fake t***."

Gibson then claims Grigorieva did lie to him about having fake breasts, which she denies.

"Yes. Yes you did. You said they weren't. You f****** lied to me," he shouts.

Grigorieva responds: "I didn't. I never said anything of the kind. You never asked me, I never told you. Or maybe you asked me but I never lied about this."

Gibson says: "Not a lie. Who cares? They look ridiculous. Get rid of them why don't you."

Grigorieva tells him her breasts "aren't his f***** business", which seems to trigger Gibson.

Director calls superhero flick 'a piece of s***'

07 Sep 11:30 PM

"It is, it is. They look stupid. I'm just telling you - just an appraisal ... Keep 'em if you want. Look stupid, see if I give a f***. You know, but they're too big and they look stupid. They look like some Vegas b****, they look like a Vegas w**** and you go around sashaying around in your tight clothes and stuff. I won't stand for that anymore," Gibson says.

Grigorieva tells Gibson she never wears tight clothes and that she rarely leaves the house, which seems to enrage Gibson.

"You go out in public and it's a f****** embarrassment to me! You look like a f****** b**** on (ecstasy). And if you get raped by a pack of n*****s it'll be your fault. All right? Because you provoked it. You are provocatively dressed all the time with your fake boobs you feel, you have to show off in tight outfits and tight pants that let me see your p**** from behind".

"And that green thing today was enough. That's provocative! Okay? I'm telling you. I'm just telling you the truth. I don't like it. I don't want that woman. I don't want you. I don't believe you anymore. I don't trust you, I don't love you. I don't want you.

"And stay in the f****** house. I'm not giving it to you but I'll let you stay there. Okay? And I will take care of my child but I don't want you anymore,' Gibson says as the clip ends.

The leaked audio comes just one day after the Californian Court of Appeal ruled that Gibson no longer had to pay Grigorieva a remaining $500,000 ($653,000) in child support.

According to TMZ, Gibson initially offered his ex a $US15 million settlement on the condition she wouldn't publicly release audiotapes of the actor unleashing a racist tirade at her on the phone (the conversations were recorded by Grigorieva without Gibson's knowledge).

The Russian singer chose to release the tapes, and in 2011 the exes struck a new settlement deal which would see Gibson pay Grigorieva $US750,000 ($980,000) in three instalments.

As part of the new settlement agreement, Grigorieva wasn't allowed to talk publicly about the alleged domestic abuse she claims she suffered during the relationship.

But during an interview with radio host Howard Stern in 2013, she did just that.

During the interview, Stern said to Grigorieva: "I will support you to the end ... I don't care what the circumstances are. You do not treat a woman that way, especially the mother of your child."

Gibson, who had only paid $US250,000 of the settlement so far, took Grigorieva to court after the interview aired and argued that his ex had breached their agreement.

The court agreed with a judge saying, "While it is true that the confidentiality clause did not require [Grigorieva] to police what other people might say about her past relationship with [Gibson], it expressly restricted her capacity to make statements 'related to' her domestic violence claims against him".

Grigorieva appealed but overnight the California Court of Appeals ruled in Gibson's favour, meaning the Hollywood star won't have to pay the remaining $US500,000 to his ex.
