Lorde's reign at the top of the US music charts is over.
Her hit Royals was knocked off the top of the Billboard music charts after a nine-week run by Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball.
Royals has dropped to No. 3, behind Wrecking Ball and Eminem and Rihanna's The
Monster.
Lorde is the only New Zealand artist to ever have a No. 1 Top 100 single in America.
Crowded House's Don't Dream It's Over made it to No. 2 in 1987, while OMC's How Bizarre topped the Mainstream Top 40 charts but as it was only released to radio wasn't eligible for the Top 100 charts.
