He is dedicated to his health regime and travels everywhere with a private chef who prepares most of his dishes.
"Mick's always working out and is constantly in the dance studio practising his moves. But he also knows the importance of a good night's sleep which is why he insists on having a new mattress at every hotel he stays in."

Jagger has slept with more than 4,000 women, according to biographer Chris Anderson, but has found happiness with ballerina Melanie Hamrick, 31, mother of his youngest son, two-year-old Deveraux.
Jagger's demand for a fresh mattress pales in comparison to some rock stars' demands. Beyoncé demands her dressing room is kept at exactly 78 degrees and requires "juicy baked chicken (wings and breast only) seasoned with fresh garlic and cayenne pepper".
Kanye West has a barber's chair backstage alongside a 'slushy' machine containing a cocktail of frozen Coca Cola and Hennessy brandy while Katy Perry asks for "pink and white peonies" (absolutely no carnations) and a box of Huggies babycare wet wipes.
One of the most infamous requests was by rock group Van Halen who asked for a bowl of M&Ms with all brown ones taken out. They also asked for a large tube of KY jelly, herring in sour cream and two bottles of Blue Nun white wine.
Lead singer David Lee Roth explained the M&Ms clause was to ensure tour promoters read all of the requests. He said: "If there were brown M&Ms in the bowl it showed the contract hadn't been read thoroughly."
