Mill said to the audience: "I was doing my album and I asked (Drake) to give me a verse for my album, but (Drake) gave me a verse that he didn't write that another (person) wrote."
He added of Drake's diss song: "I heard that (song), that (song) was very soft, baby lotion soft."
Mill said last week that Drake did not write his verse for the song R.I.C.O., which appears on his album, Dreams Worth More Than Money. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart this month.
"When it comes to this rap (stuff)," Mill said, "Biggie and Tupac died to be the ... greatest. If you're going to be the greatest ... just make sure you're on your ... pen game and keep it all the way ... 100."
