Masseur accuses John Travolta of exposing himself

John Travolta and Kelly Preston demonstrated a united front on the red carpet in Hollywood, amid fresh allegations suggesting the actor propositioned a masseur during a cruise.

The assault accusation made by cruise steward Fabian Zanzi comes just weeks after two similar charges were made against Travolta by two other masseurs, who both dismissed their cases within days of coming forward.

Zanzi claims he was working on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship in 2009, when Travolta was a passenger. The actor ordered food and asked Zanzi to deliver it to his stateroom.

In legal papers, the plaintiff alleges Travolta dropped his robe and exposed himself and then forcefully embraced the staffer during a neck massage session.

Zanzi insists he resisted Travolta's advances and was offered US$12,000 for his silence about the incident.

But embattled Travolta was all smiles at the premiere of his new film Savages, when his wife Preston joined him for the screening in Los Angeles.

The kissing couple refused to let the latest lawsuit dampen their spirits and walked tall as they stepped out to celebrate the release of Oliver Stone's gritty new crime thriller.

The Hollywood couple, who have been married for 21 years, played up their affection for one another to the cameras, locking lips and caressing one another as the actors walked arm-in-arm into the Mann Village Theatre. But they refused interview requests.

One snapper on the red carpet told WENN: "They came across as a very loving couple. Kelly kept touching John's face and kissing him. It didn't look for show."
