Married At First Sight star Clare Verrall has posted an explosive rant on Instagram labelling the show as "highly edited" and that she can't wait for her contract to finish so she can finally "share all that went on".

The Melbourne local, 32, who married Jono Pitman, 28, as part of the experimental reality TV series which see psychologists match four strangers who meet for the first time at the altar, took to social media this week after watching the show, clearly unhappy with how she'd been portrayed.

"A HUGE thank you to all my wonderful friends, family & even the extraordinarily large number of amazing strangers who have offered me kind words of support this week. Watching last nights episode was certainly difficult & very confronting," Clare posted, after viewers watched her and new hubby Jono get into a series of heated arguments which resulted in him moving out.

A HUGE thank you to all my wonderful friends, family & even the extraordinarily large number of amazing strangers who have offered me kind words of support this week. Watching last nights episode was certainly difficult & very confronting. Luckily I had some of my closest friends & Dutchy there for support. Big love to you all & thank you so much. "I'm looking forward to my contract being up in 3 months time so I can share all that went on, rather than the highly edited versions that are shown during the 'experiment'! Luckily I had some of my closest friends & Dutchy there for support," Clare wrote on social media.

The couple had only known each other for six days when Jono moved into Clare's apartment.

Clare made it known she wasn't impressed with Jono's temper while he was seen getting increasingly frustrated at being told what to do.

When the topic of fitness surfaced a fiery argument took place, with Clare insinuating there was something going on with Jono and his gym receptionist - the show ended with him moving back to his own place.

After the dramatic episode, Clare also posted a picture of an emotional intelligence test she did for work on Instagram.

"Took over 2 hours to complete. Was really interesting, so I thought I would share my basic results overview. According to the results, I have a very high overall EI of 128 (obviously from my Mums side). I need to work on my assertiveness. According to the assessor my optimism, empathy & social responsibility scores were a little too high," she said.

Fans were quick to support the outspoken blonde assuring her she has nothing to worry about. "There is nothing wrong with your ability to communiunicate or your maturity. Anyone who suggests so perhaps should reflect on why they need to attack another to feel big," one commenter wrote.

There's been speculation Jono and Clare are no longer married.

Meanwhile, Jono has revealed he's already moved on with a new love, the morning after ditching his new bride on national television.

The worst date ever caught on camera?

Jono and Clare's short-lived union came to a spectacular end in last night's episode of the show, as the pair broke up at dinner while their fellow contestants watched on.

It appeared their marriage was doomed from the start, when 28-year-old Jono first caught sight of his bride-to-be and announced, "Wow, not what I ordered."

"That actually wasn't going through my head when I turned around and looked down the aisle. I actually turned around and though, 'Wow, am I really doing this?' But I wasn't disappointed at all. I was rapt. Like I said, she's a gorgeous, amazing, awesome, kind-hearted woman ... just not normally what I'd go for," Jono said during an interview on Today this morning when asked about the gaffe.

But he insisted he wouldn't change what he said: "I don't regret it."

Jono also refuted rumours that he had cheated during the pair's honeymoon, saying that talk of unfaithfulness was "so far from the truth".

"I received a happy birthday message from someone I've been seeing in the past. If that's cheating on your partner, receiving a birthday message ..."

While Jono asserts that he was 100 per cent single when he agreed to appear on the show, he is currently seeing somebody - and he confirms it's someone he knew before his ill-fated reality TV stint.

There has been tabloid speculation that the girl in question is Melbourne woman Rachael Baxter, as the pair have appeared in numerous pictures together across each other's social media accounts in recent weeks.

Jono's mum was also on hand to refute claims that he's a 'Mummy's boy', after it was revealed on the show that she does all his washing. She revealed that she's been battling cancer and her son has been a daily source of strength and support.

"He's always been a loving and caring person who'd do anything for his family. The reason I did his washing was because when I was sick, it was something for me to do to keep my mind off things."
