Married At First Sight Australia star Davina Rankin welcomes baby girl

Married At First Sight star Davina Rankin has given birth to her first child, a girl named Mila-Mae Manuel.

Sharing the happy news with a photo from her hospital bed, the reality star smiled blissfully while the newborn rested peacefully on her chest.

"Welcome to the world little Miss Mila-Mae Manuel," she captioned the photo.

"11/11/19 7lbs. I never knew a love like this existed, @jaxonmanuel and I are just absolutely smitten with you. Words can't even describe it!"

Davina, 28, announced she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Jax Manuel earlier this year.

She had shared her progress on Instagram throughout her pregnancy, joking yesterday that she was looking forward to "being able to put her shoes on standing up".

Rising to fame in 2017 from her appearance on social experiment MAFS, after which she was slammed by viewers for having an "affair' with groom Dean Wells, Davina told A Current Affair in September meeting Jax had made her "the happiest she'd ever been".

She told the program Jax had "always been on her radar, but it wasn't until they bumped into each in a nightclub that they sparked a romance.

During her interview on the program, she joked that she was glad Jaxon had never watched MAFS, and wasn't aware of her "villainous" portrayal.
