Mariah Carey has denied she cheated on ex-fiance James Packer saying that she doesn't engage in premarital sex with anyone.
Sources told TMZ that Carey's relationship with choreographer Bryan Tanaka are completely false. According to the source, Carey has a longstanding reputation as a "traditional girl".

Carey's ex, Nick Cannon, has admitted in interviews he had to wait until they got married to have sex with the singer.

Even though Carey and Packer spent weeks at a time on his yacht and lived together, the source said they had separate rooms and never got sexual.
TMZ reports that this was one of the reason's Packer wanted to get married as quickly as possible.

Carey is also reportedly keeping her $US10 million ($13 million) ring and "wants millions in a settlement" for uprooting her life to be with him.

According to reports, Carey is seeking $50 million from Packer for moving to LA for him, and claims she's so traumatised by the split that she's had to cancel the South American leg of her tour.
However, a source told New York Post that there has been no negotiations about money.
"Of course Mariah wants money, but she's not getting $50 million. There's no negotiations about money because they haven't spoken since the split. He let her keep the ring, and she isn't getting a cent more. It is ridiculous to claim that James is the reason for the cancellation of her South America tour. A few days ago she blamed it on the promoters."

Carey's reps have said that the split was not due to cheating, saying, "Mariah and James had a fight in Greece, and have not seen each other since. The fight was not because of any cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah."
