One woman got the surprise of her life last night when her partner got down on one knee and proposed during Katy Perry's Auckland show.
Standing on a stage in the centre of the crowd, the man named Grant, wearing one of Perry's "left shark" onesies, declared his love for Steph as everyone in the audience cheered him on.
"I might just be a lucky left shark, but you're the right shark for me," he said.
Getting down on one knee he asked Steph to marry him and much to the delight of the crowed at Spark Arena, she said yes.
Perry told Steph Grant had emailed her management and since they were "such amazing Katy-cats" they helped him make it happen.
The popstar said the newly engaged couple's story was "so beautiful" and invited them to sit on the stage as she sang Into Me You See.
