Rankin was trashed online after her TV affair with fellow contestant Dean Wells, who was "married" to MAFS bride Tracey Jewel.
Rankin said she hoped her pregnancy would help her shake the "MAFS girl" tag, while also revealing marriage wasn't on the cards any time soon, news.com.au reports.
"We're not engaged yet (but) it looks like he's stuck with me," Rankin told NW magazine.
"We definitely talk about (marriage) all the time, but our next step is buying a house.
"I feel like there was never a time when I wasn't with Jax. MAFS seems like a whole other world. It's strange."
Since appearing on MAFS Rankin has distanced herself from the show, telling her Instagram followers last year it was "the worst".
During a no-holds-barred Instagram Q&A with her followers, Rankin — who's currently in a relationship — responded with "hell f***ing no" when asked whether she'd ever consider appearing on the reality show again.
"I can't even watch reality TV the same anymore after I know what happens behind the scenes compared to what the public see's (sic)," she said.
"Was it horrible to watch MAFS and see the editing? You seem so beautiful inside and out," another fan asked.
"Oh it was the worst, but I mean, it makes it even sweeter when you can still hold your head high even after having the lowest of lows," Davina answered.
"And at the end of the day, you'll always come out on top! Life couldn't be better for me now."
