Sarah's transformation may be dramatic, but it's nothing compared with the makeovers undergone by other contestants, including Davina Rankin and Tracey Jewel.
Old pictures of Davina resurfaced last month, showing her looking absolutely nothing like the woman all over our screens lately.
In them, the Brisbane-based model is seen posing at Zoo magazine's 2009 national swimsuit finals.
Meanwhile, photos have also emerged showing Tracey's major cosmetic transformation.
On Facebook, Aphrodite and Apollo Cosmetic Medicine posted a side-by-side image of Tracey, listing the procedures she'd had within their clinic during the past 18 months.
"After our initial consultation regarding her treatment goals, our team focused on facial reshaping and contouring as well as (and most importantly) skin rejuvenation," the post read.
"This ensures Tracey continues to be a glowing goddess. And of course, who can ignore those kissable lips."
