Here we go again. As predicted,

Lindsay Lohan

's probation has been revoked and a bench warrant issued for her arrest after she failed a court-ordered drug test last week.

According to

gossip website TMZ.com, the bench warrant was issued today by

Judge Elden Fox

, but has been put on hold until Friday at 8:30am, when Lohan's due in court.

Friday's hearing will likely determine whether the troubled starlet will be heading back to the pokey.

According to the terms of her probation, she'll be looking at a 30-day stretch in the slammer for a positive drug test.

News broke over the weekend that Lohan had failed a drug test - allegedly testing positive for cocaine - just three weeks after being released from her court-ordered stint in rehab.

Asked for comment on the test reports at the time, LiLo told

that she was "fine" and slammed the drug relapse rumours as "nuts".

But in a moment of clarity, Lohan performed a U-turn and confessed that she had in fact relapsed and failed a drug test.

She took to

her Twitter page

to explain:

"Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result.

"Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future.

"This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences.

"I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard. but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful....Thank you all!!!"

Update: LiLo lowdown...

* As well as testing positive for cocaine, Lohan reportedly tested positive for amphetamines during her court-ordered tests last week.

Unconfirmed reports

by TMZ say Lohan failed tests for both amphetamine and cocaine

* After failing the drug tests, Lohan says she's prepared to face the consequences. But what are they? Well, there's the likely 30-day stint inside for starters. Then there are the ramifications of her troubles on her career.

Lohan's not punched out a movie since the winter of discontent. And to be brutally honest, she's now indelibly etched in our collective psyche as Woe-han - the lady of perpetual commotion whose life is a hedonistic booze 'n' drugs-fuelled toboggan-ride from dusk 'till dawn.

Arguably, she no longer has a movie career. Her life is her career. She's ring-centre in her own circus. It's actually an incredibly fragile and sad spectacle to watch.

But there's hope. There's always hope. The fact that Lohan's admitted she has a problem is a good start. It's the first time she's ever openly admitted that she is suffering from substance abuse.

'She can overcome her particular disease'

Context: Look at

Robert Downey Jr.

So should Lohan be given the same consideration? According to producer behind

Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story

, Lohan's mooted next movie project, the answer's yes.

Addressing escalating reports that he and director

were "beyond irritable" with Lohan's relapse, producer

Chris Hanley tells

People

that he's standing by his leading lady.

"I have worked with Robert Downey and others on movies I have made, and, frankly, talent and passion for a project matter the most to me," Hanley said.

He added: "Lindsay's talent and my first-hand knowledge of Lindsay from experience, since I have known her for some years and was with her in Cannes at the Film Festival where she was promoting

Inferno

, is that she can overcome her particular disease."

Asked whether the production team now had doubts about Lohan's credibility, he said: "The only producers in question would be

Jordan Gertner

or myself, and we are not expressing irritation, nor ' beyond irritated' to anyone - that is not to say we would not be upset over a breach of the court by Lindsay that has affected her personally, or the potential production schedule or location of the production significantly," he said.

For her part, Lohan says she's "working hard to overcome" her demons, and "taking positive steps forward every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future."

For her sake, I hope she means it. Every. Single. Word.

Record label to Gaga: 'Put some meat on you!'

She did indeed

put some meat on herself

, but it wasn't exactly what her record label bosses had in mind, if rumours are to be believed...

According to MTV.co.uk

, Gaga's peeps at Interscope have told her she's too thin and needs to put on weight.

The singer has supposedly shed pounds this year and had a number of health scares, and her label's concerned.

"She was baffled by the request since the industry usually only wants skinny," an insider said.

"She feels like she almost can't win either way. Her record company said she can't continue moving at breakneck speed without eating. These habits have to end right now."

So was Gaga's meaty outfit just an overblown and exaggerated one-finger salute to her record company after all? Subtle.

Getty had a highly publicised affair with Miller in 2008.

Here are some highlights from the interview...

On the fallout after his affair with Miller:

"Here's the bottom line: It was a very challenging time for everybody involved, but I loved and missed my family too much not to make it work. Rosetta is understanding enough and spiritual enough to let us try. In a way it - I don't know...I feel like we're better than we've ever been."

On how he sees life:

"You can do two things in life when an obstacle comes your way: You can tackle it, or you can allow it to break you down."

His wife Rosetta's take on the affair:

"I'm open to talking about it because I believe we go through things in a public way to help other people get through it. I'd love to talk about it more with people when I'm clearer about it. I'm going to have to explain this to my daughters one day. I chose not to act from ego because I just felt like it would be too crushing for my children."

Ronson revealed earlier in the year that the pair was collaborating again, but latest reports say that is not the case. Wino has drafted in hip-hop producer Salaam Remi to work on her third album - and no Ronson.

Wino says we can expect a new album by the end of January.
