Kylie Bax back in court with ex-husband

A divorce wrangle over property between model Kylie Bax and her ex-husband Spiros Poros is back in court today.

The couple are disputing ownership of a $1.2 million Cambridge property after their marriage of nine years came to an end.

Poros has sought access to documents related to the Cambridge property, but the High Court declined his application.

An appeal of that decision is being heard today.

The Cambridge property was bought in September 2013, and was the family home until the couple separated eight months later.

Poros was trespassed from the property after the split.
