Kim Kardashian has been helping Kanye West recover since his November mental breakdown that left him at UCLA Medical Center for 10 days.

But the 36-year-old has not been happy with their marriage, UsWeekly claimed on Wednesday, and she wants to divorce him when the time is right. She is also allegedly trying to "build a case for full custody of the kids North and Saint."

The site also stands by its earlier claim that West is not living with Kardashian inside their Bel-Air mansion. Citing multiple sources, they report the Yeezy star has been residing in an LA-area rental as an outpatient, DailyMail reports. (A source previously denied this to DailyMail.com.)

UsWeekly claims Kim definitely "wants a divorce" and she knows for sure she "doesn't want to stay married to him."

But the timing is terrible. So the Selfish author will have to "take some time before she can do anything."

"She cares about Kanye and feels relieved he is getting the help he needs," a source said.

"But she's felt trapped for a while."

A friend added the reality TV queen won't make any decision until West is fully recovered from his breakdown.

DailyMail.com has reached out to both Kim's and Kanye's reps for comment.

This is not the first time the site has reported the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was unhappy with her rapper spouse.

Immediately after the singer's hospitalization, sources claimed she asked for a break before flying to New York City for her first public appearance since her October robbery in Paris.

That request reportedly sent him into a tailspin.

"It's just been hell for them," a source told Us Weekly last month. "It has become unbearable." It was added they were fighting a lot.

A source at E! News denied these claims, saying Kim and Kanye were living together and that "she wants to get Kanye back on his feet. She is not leaving him. She loves him."

E! is the network that produces Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

His breakdown was a "temporary psychosis," according to his physician Michael Farzam. TMZ has claimed that he either went off his meds for a longstanding psychological ailment or changed the dose of his meds.

For now Kim wants to be the "supportive wife" and make sure he is getting the care he needs, the new issue of UsWeekly reports.

"She is very protective," it was claimed by the site.

As far as their two children, North, aged three, and Saint, aged one, Kim does not want them around Kanye at this time.

But she did let him attend Saint's low-key first birthday party last week, it was reported. The gathering was small, but it was filled with balloons and there was a big cake.

And though he wants to work on his designs for Adidas, she has told him to sleep and "calm down."

It has been a challenging time for the family ever since Kim was robbed at gunpoint inside her Paris apartment on October 3. She was left bound and gagged with $11 million, worth of jewelry stolen.

Kanye was with her the next day in New York City and then she made her way to Los Angeles where she has kept a very low profile ever since.

Her best friend Jonathan Cheban told DailyMail she was "not doing so good," which was later echoed by Her sisters Khloe and Kourtney.

UsWeekly has reported that Kim's need to recover was hard for Kanye to accept as he had grown accustomed to relying on her for emotional support. She was seen at his LA concert after the robbery, but was often not by his side during his Life Of Pablo tour, which he has since canceled.

Kim has not made a public appearance or made any Instagram posts since her robbery.

Her friends and family have been posting to her site kimkardashianwest.com.

Kim's love life has been a rocky one. She was wed to Damon Thomas from 2000 until 2004 before entering a high-profile relationship with NFL player Reggie Bush.

After their split she wed NBA player Kris Humphries in 2011 after a short engagement.

Their union lasted only 72 days after the two were seen fighting over fame and work on her show Keeping Up With The Kardashians. They finalized their divorce in 2013.

The reality star and the rapper have made their marriage a high-profile one with a shared Vogue cover, a matchy Met Gala appearance, and several examples of cross promotion such as her tireless backing of his Yeezy collection with the help of her Kardashian/Jenner family.
