The first few days after giving birth are filled with a roller-coaster of emotions.
But for Khloe Kardashian those emotions were even more acute, as she wrestled with the revelation that her newborn baby's father had been cheating on her throughout her pregnancy.
A new trailer for Keeping Up WithThe Kardashians shows the new mother struggling with her heartbreak while lying in her hospital bed, after learning Tristan Thompson had been serially unfaithful, the Daily Mail reports.
Kourtney Kardashian asks her sister if she is feeling overwhelmed, but a clearly distracted Khloe tells her things will calm down when she leaves hospital.
"Is everyone writing you?" Kourtney asks, as Kim stands beside her looking worried, and a nurse works alongside the camera crew and Khloe's assistant in the small recovery room.

"Too many people, but writing about both things. I'm like, 'Shut up.'" Khloe says, scrolling through messages on her phone. "I don't have the energy for that right now like, 'Everyone, leave me alone.'"
She then tells Kourtney: "It's also, everyone has their own s*** that I know nothing about. And mine is thrown on the public of everything and it's just, it's a lot harder to filter through stuff when it's this public and when I gave birth the following day. It's just too much."
The current season of KUWTK shows Khloe and her family finding out that Tristan cheated on Khloe with multiple women via DailyMail.com while she was pregnant earlier this year. The scandal unfolded just days before she gave birth to their daughter True in April.
A previous trailer for this week's episode showed Kim apparently threatening Tristan while her oblivious sister labored in her hospital bed.
While Khloe lay in bed inhaling gas and air, Kim emerged from the bathroom to see Tristan at her sister's bedside shortly before she raised a finger to her throat in a threatening gesture before Khloe demanded they greet one another.
After Kim and Khloe's best friend Malika seemingly gave him the silent treatment, Khloe asked: "Are you going to say 'Hi' to each other or no?" before the duo awkwardly hugged.
In a confessional, Kim admitted that she actually thought things would have been worse in the room. "The vibe in the room is calm" the KKW Beauty mogul said. "I thought there would be way more tension," Kim admitted.
She continued: "As much as I want to go off, I just don't think it's the time. So I'm gonna keep it cute." Kim explained that her focus was all about Khloe: "I don't have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her."
