Khloe Kardashian says she doesn't weigh herself or even own a set of scales.
In fact she didn't start sweating it out to shed the pounds, it was all about relieving "stress".
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star admits her house became very claustrophobic following her split from Lamar
Odom and felt her only refuge was the gym.
She explained: "I was going through a really difficult time in my life, and I was just figuring out if I was going to file for divorce or not.
"It wasn't about weight at all. It was that I needed a stress reliever, and I didn't know where else to go where I felt alone and safe but I still wanted to be around people.
