Kevin Hart confirms New Zealand show

Kevin Hart has confirmed he'll perform in New Zealand at the end of the year.

The comedian's performance, at Spark Arena on December 11, leaked several weeks ago after it was announced early on his website.

But today it was confirmed that Hart's Irresponsible Tour will touch down in Auckland.

At least today's announcement got the country right. Earlier, his website announced Hart would perform in "Auckland, Australia".

Hart is one of America's most popular comedians, regularly selling out stadiums and sports arenas thanks to his brand of quirky social commentary.

He's also well known for his many film roles, recently starring alongside The Rock in the reboot of Jumanji.

His memoir I Can't Make This Up: Life Lessons, hit No. 1 on the New York Times bestseller list last year.

Tickets are on sale from February 23, with a Live Nation pre-sale beginning on February 20.
