Kanye West has denied cheating on Kim Kardashian.

The musician was hit by claims he slept with a Canadian model and bartender.

However the rapper has denied being unfaithful to the reality star who is pregnant with their first child together.

"This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit,'' his publicist told TMZ. "It's a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources."

Leyla Ghobadi, 24, recently claimed in an interview that she met Kanye at his gig in July 2012 after his security picked her out of the audience and suggested they go out on a date.

Apparently they were sexually involved twice after getting together three months after Kardashian and West began a relationship.

"This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives,'' the spokesperson added.

Ghobadi revealed that one of the sexual encounters was while Kardashian was pregnant with her daughter, due in July.

She also told America's Star magazine that West confessed his hook-up with Kardashian was a publicity stunt to help boost his popularity.

Ghobadi responded to claims she was lying in order to increase her public profile by insisting that she didn't do anything wrong.

However she admitted that she could have handled the situation more sensitively.

"Sorry," she wrote on Twitter. "Maybe I went about this the wrong way but how else am I meant to get thru to her? I am NOT the bad guy in this situation, nothing more 2 say.

"The woman will always get the blame for everything huh. You think it's that easy to get in contact with her?"
