A song sung entirely in te reo Maori was the clip Kiwis watched the most on YouTube this year.
The song Wairua by Maimoa Music topped the site's local viewing chart for 2017, taking the number one spot in the Trending category. It is the first time a song entirelyin the Maori language has topped the chart.
The group also deserve full credit for holding back the otherwise unstoppable force of pop star Ed Sheeran, who was relegated to second place.
Other videos in the top 10 include a bad lip reading of Donald Trump's inauguration, celebrities reading mean tweets and ping pong trick shots.
