Justin Bieber has priced many fans out of an up close and personal experience, charging NZD $3,079 for a glorified selfie.
The singer's fans are not happy about newly released meet and greet VIP packages for his Purpose world tour, and they are making it known.
Bieber will be offeringtwo options - The Ultimate #Purpose Experience, which will set you back NZD $3, 079 including a selfie, backstage tour, seat in a barricaded section closest to the stage, and an official tour plaque.
The other is an I'll Show You VIP #Purpose Experience, costing NZD $1430. It features a group photo, early entry into the venue, access to a pre-show hospitality lounge, premium merchandise package, and digital download of Purpose.
Beliebers launched a new hashtag on Twitter to show their disappointment: #justiceforbrokeliebers.
After a three year break from touring, Bieber will hit the road again with 58 stops starting in March.
The 21-year-old will visit Vancouver, Los Angeles, Nashville, Cincinnati, Fresno, Orlando, Miami, two nights in Brooklyn, Boston, Fargo, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Baltimore and Atlantic City, among others.
He announced the official dates on Instagram this week but so far New Zealand is not included.
