Jessika Power is copping some serious flak over her latest Instagram post.

The former MAFS star has been undergoing a major body transformation, most recently having breast enlargement that used fat sucked from her thighs.

But after revealing she's "struggling" to recover from the procedure and has turned to a "skin-tightening" device for help โ€” she's come under fire from some of her followers for promoting something that "doesn't work".

"I don't believe it works," one fan said.

"If you're advertising something, you should be disclosing it," another said.

One fan suggested it was "disgusting" she was plugging the product, demanding "before and afters" as evidence.

One cheekily remarked: "Squats and lunges will do the trick."

Jess told news.com.au, though, she was standing by her support of the product that she described as a "lifesaver" after her gruelling cosmetic procedure left her with brutal bruises.

"I feel I'm attacked for even breathing sometimes and I've learnt to expect backlash," she said. "People are entitled to their opinion and I'm entitled to mine.

"I've been using the wand since my surgery and I feel it really works. I wouldn't put something out to my followers that I thought was a sham or didn't work," she added.

Jess's original post โ€” that accompanied a picture of the 27-year-old in a skimpy khaki bandeau bikini โ€” detailed claims the $239 item from In Luxe helped her "reduce my cellulite and stretch marks".

OTHER PRODUCT PLUGS

Since finding fame, Jess has promoted heaps of different beauty products to her 215,000 followers on her social media platform โ€” and not all fans are buying it.

One fan cast doubt over one post when Jess plugged a microdermabrasion pen that she said elevated her skin and make-up game to "another level".

"Does it really work though?" they wrote, along with a thinking head emoji.

The star has also spruiked a sex toy on her Instagram page as well as a herbal tea she said helped with her bloating.

THE BREAST SURGERY PROCEDURE

Jess previously opened up to news.com.au about her "perky" new D-cup breasts, achieved from injecting them with fat taken from her thighs in a $16,000 procedure.

"I went up two sizes from a B cup to a D cup, I'm really happy with the results," she told news.com.au.

Jessika said the decision to boost her breasts came as a result of approaching her doctor to help with two "stubborn pockets" of fat on her thighs.

"He was the one who said, 'You know, we're going to throw this fat in the bin, why don't I inject it into your breasts?'" she said.

Despite Jess loving the results, the surgery appeared to be brutal on her body. Photos taken after surgery showed her bruises.

But Jess insists the procedure was "worth it", telling news.com.au it looked worse than it was.

"I know it looks sore, but it's just normal bruising from having a needle injected," she said.

"I bruise easily as I'm anaemic. However, my legs are still slightly bruised to this day."

"I definitely feel like it was worth the money. I didn't want to have silicone boobs, not that there's anything wrong with that, I just didn't want it for myself. I had the smallest little bit of unwanted fat on my thighs, so two birds one stone."

However, there have been major side effects, such as not being able to run because the exercise leaves her in pain.

"I still find that I can't run like I normally would. Jolting hurts the side of my thighs. My boobs recovered really fast," she said.

$50K SURGERY SPLURGE

In total, Jess's spent over $50,000 on cosmetics enhancements since Married At First Sight wrapped up, spending her cash on sparkly new veneers, a brow lift, cheek filler and the "smallest amount of Botox". Not to mention hair extensions and dying her signature blonde locks a playful pink.

"That's all I've had done โ€” that's it. And everyone's like, 'Its fake, it's fake, it's plastic', which is annoying," she told news.com.au.

"I think people love to put me down and hate on me, but I don't let it get to me."
