Jessica Alba hooks up with ex-boyfriend

Jessica Alba has rekindled her romance with boyfriend Cash Warren.

Alba and Warren were photographed enjoying a romantic lunch for two in Beverly Hills yesterday, where the couple kissed and Alba sat on Warren's lap.

Later in the day Alba attended the Teen Choice awards where she was named 'choice female hottie.'

The actress and the movie producer were also pictured taking a romantic stroll along Pacific Palisades beach in California last week.

A source said: "They were hugging and looked very happy together."

The 26-year-old screen beauty - recently voted FHM magazine's Sexiest Woman Alive - met Cash on the set of Fantastic Four in 2005, in which Jessica starred and Cash worked as a director's assistant.

Cash was named the 'Luckiest B*****d' of 2007 by Spike TV just before their brief split last month.

The Sin City actress - who reportedly called time on their two-and-a-half year romance during an emotional telephone conversation in July - apparently dumped Cash after getting tired waiting for him to propose.
