"I mean, you read the book and internalise the character and go on set and have conversations with the director and your co-stars but it was so bizarre to hear a musical version of what, emotionally, I feel."
The Oscar winner also believes her Hunger Games alter ego Katniss Everdeen would be a huge fan of the Team songstress.

She said: "Honestly, the first time I ever heard that Lorde song, Yellow Flicker Beat, it just gave me goosebumps.
Lawrence said: "I think she really captured that character so magically that it was a really amazing thing to listen to, so I think Katniss would be a huge Lorde fan. And obviously Taylor Swift."
Speaking about the decision to enlist the young singer to work on the film's soundtrack, producer Nina Jacobson added: "There was truly nobody who made more sense than Lorde. It was kind of a no-brainer in that regard.
"It felt like such a natural fit and she came and visited us on set. I think we were all a bit starstruck!"
