Dannii Minogue speaks of baby joy

magazine (yep, that reputable source of fabulous fables): "Jennifer was in total shock when she found out she was having another baby." What an uncanny reaction.

"She had wanted some space between the kids' ages.(But) she and David love kids. It's another thing for them to celebrate during the holidays," added the snitch.

Hudson recently spoke about how she'd like another addition to the brood with fiance

David Otunga

.

"I'd like to have at least one more, a little girl," she said in November.

"I want a girl and then maybe another one. You know, one baby at a time."

No word from Hudson's rep yet, so we'll take a rain check on the congratulations.

Update:

Hudson's rep has just issued a statement denying the pregnancy reports.

"Contrary to what has been falsely reported, Jennifer Hudson is not pregnant. Jennifer leaves in April for South Africa where she will portray Winnie Mandela in the feature film,

Winnie

.

"Jennifer is currently in the studio recording her second album and this is the only delivery she is looking forward to in 2010."

They're off

Sounds like

Jude Law

's feet are well and truly under

Sienna Miller

's table.

The recently-reunited couple is reportedly keen to spend the festivities together and pencilled in the Bahamas as a destination for their love resurrection.

Word is Miller invited Law to join her and her mates at a beachfront villa, but he's said to be torn between spending time with his flame, and tucking in to some turkey with his ex

Sadie Frost

and the kiddies.

"He's very much considering the proposal and would love to take up the opportunity but has a number of other considerations - not least his kids," a 'source' told

The Sun

newspaper.

Comedian

If

Peaches Geldof

ever gets bored of her challenging existence as a socialite, she should give comedy a wide birth.

Earlier this week she kick-started a rumour on Twitter saying that Disney doll

Miley Cyrus

had popped her clogs.

Hours after

Brittany Murphy

's death, she wrote that she'd received a text from a "friend in the industry" claiming Cyrus had died, but that nobody knew about it yet.

The rumour caused a flap on Twitter, with Cyrus fans tweeting condolences and slamming Geldof for spreading the lie in the first place.

Idiot.

Quote of the day

"

Madonna

told me that buying a pair of my shoes is more satisfying than having sex with a man. At least you know they are going to last for ever." - Shoe designer

Jimmy Choo

quoting the Queen (mother) of Pop.

Hilton's piggy bedfellow

Speaking of airhead socialites...

Paris Hilton

says she sleeps with a pig. Now there's a headline we've been dreaming of using all year.

Hilton says she and her current boyfriend

Doug Reinhardt

share their bed with her pet miniature pig

Princess Pigelette

.

No comment from the peanut gallery.

She said: "Doug and I will be lying in bed, watching DVDs, and she'll just lie there between us. She's a little sweetheart and I love her."

Apparently, she likes nothing better than curling up next to her trottered friend.

She told Britain's Hello! magazine: "My little brother bought a little pig when he was in Las Vegas and I was so jealous - I've always wanted one.

"I went online and found these tiny teacup pigs that stay under 12lb when they're fully grown. They're incredibly smart, lovable, really clean and litter trained."

She added: "They're so lovable and the love they give is unconditional. They make me happy and it feels good to have them around. I make sure I take very good care of them all - they're like my children."

She said it, we didn't.

Christmas Grinch

Ozzy Osbourne

hates Christmas and says his best ever was spent unconscious.

"I hate Christmas," he says. "I hate it. Everything stops. When I used to drink it was a good excuse to get drunk for two weeks. Now I just hate it."

Recalling his 2003 Christmas when he was unconscious after a quad-biking accident, he said: "I was in a coma for a while, so I missed Christmas, thank god.

"If I want to miss Christmas I'll get on my quad bike and break my neck again."

He's not a fan of the whole gift thing either.

"I have to unravel all these presents. What a waste of paper."

You miserable old man.

Which leaves us with only one thing left to say...

Nadolig Llawen a Blwyddyn Newydd Dda (Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year)

.

2009's been a corker. And you've been the best audience this little Welshman could have hope for.

We won't prattle on and get all sentimental, but thank you all for your unrelenting support and insatiable desire for celebrity news and gossip.

See you on the other side.

Over to you George...
