Janet Jackson is reportedly unimpressed with a new biopic about her late brother, Michael Jackson.
Page Six reported the pop star got into a fiery argument with her brother, Jermaine Jackson, at an advance screening of the film Michael, which is set for worldwide release next month.
Jermaine Jackson’s son,Jafaar Jackson, portrays his uncle Michael in the highly anticipated movie, whose trailer is reportedly the most-viewed musical biopic trailer in history.
“It was Janet deciding against the room that this movie wasn’t going to meet her approval.”
Page Six reported Jermaine stood up and chastised her.
“You are going to miss this wave,” he said, adding: “You are so jealous, just get on the wave.”
Family members were reportedly startled by the exchange, particularly younger family members who hadn’t witnessed open arguments between the adults previously.

According to Page Six, Janet has been an outspoken supporter of Michael’s daughter, Paris Jackson, 27, who is locked in a legal dispute with her father’s estate.
The feud is understood to have worsened divisions within the family over how the late King of Pop’s estate has been handled.
Paris accused executors John Branca and John McClain, who are producers on the biopic, of acting in their own interests, and wasting resources on legal fees and risky investments.
Family insiders told Page Six that Jermaine believed the film would offer the family their biggest opportunity to reconnect with fans since Michael’s death in 2009.
The outlet reported he also has the support of many of the Jackson family who were involved in the film at multiple levels.
“Everybody in that room knows that Michael was lightning in a bottle,” a source said.
