The Auckland suburb of Meadowbank could host the next season of The Block reality television series.
A letter on a Warner Bros letterhead sent to residents late last week advises of "up and coming building and filming activity" in the area associated with the prime time renovation programme, according to Fairfax Media.
"We will be holding a community meeting to give you specific information relating to the project and to answer any questions you may have," the letter says. "We will be joined by representatives from MediaWorks (TV3) and The Auckland Council."

The community meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday at 6.30pm at St Chad's Church.
"We respectfully suggest that for your own privacy, and that of your neighbours, that you don't talk to the media about the details of this meeting," the letter continues.
"We consider it a privilege to work in your community and will do everything possible to ensure that we cause minimal disruption to your daily lives. We look forward to getting to know you over the course of the project."
The letter is signed by Eyeworks New Zealand - "producers of The Block NZ".
Residents have speculated that the building site could be a demolished property at 71 St Johns Rd.
Previous seasons of the show have sparked complaints from local residents concerned at noise and traffic problems generated by building work, filming and tradies.
The most recent season wrapped up last night when Brooke Thompson and her plumber partner Mitch Davies cleaned up at the live auctions after their renovated villa sold for $1.35 million, $190,000 over reserve, giving them $190,000 profit plus $100,000 in prize money.
