'I should have changed my password' - Scarlett Johannson

Scarlett Johansson regrets not acting on her suspicions when her email password mysteriously changed, because she feels sure she could have prevented the leak of nude photos.

The actor was devastated when a set of private shots - intended for her then-husband Ryan Reynolds - surfaced online back in September.

"It was terrible ... It was extremely creepy,'' she says.

"What was even more creepy about it is that the person was obviously following me ...

"My email password was constantly changing, for months and months and months. And I kept thinking, 'Why is my password always changing?'

"And so it meant the guy was really there, constantly, like, every 20 seconds. He (was) just sitting there all pasty, and sweaty, and pervy, and weird. That's the creepiest thing.''

The suspect in connection with the scandal, Christopher Chaney, was arrested and charged with 25 counts of identity theft.
