The pair even shared a kiss in the first episode, with Courtney choosing Lily to stay on the show.
Lily has confirmed that she found love on the series, with Bustle speculating the most obvious choice at this stage is, indeed, Courtney.
Meanwhile, Courtney's Australian co-star Tiffany Scanlon appears to have a more limited lifespan on the series.
The blonde was only briefly featured on the episode, and told her Instagram fans on Saturday that her introductory clip had been cut by the show's producers.
"I Guess Their [the producer's] main focus was the American cast and the people coupling up. I can tell you I was much more involved than what they have shown," she wrote.
