Olivier Martinez is being investigated for battery.
The French actor has been accused of pushing a Los Angeles International Airport employee to the ground during an alleged altercation at the Tom Bradley International Terminal yesterday.
The 48-year-old star is said to have lashed out when photographers got too close
to himself, wife Halle Berry, their son Maceo, 14 months, and her six-year-old daughter Nahla and in the ensuing scuffle the staff member fell backwards after the actor allegedly pushed an empty car seat towards him, TMZ reports.
It's alleged the airport employee was trying to take pictures of the actor.
Video footage obtained by TMZ shows the staff member had joined a scrum of paparazzi photographers surrounding the star and his family.
