It's an empathic hell-to-the-no from the actress' rep, who has labelled a series of nude self-portraits purportedly showing the actress as "100 per cent fake".

A spokesperson for the star told

People

magazine: "The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various websites including Perez Hilton and Zap2it.com are 100 percent FAKE.

"Blake has never taken nude photos of herself.

Leonardo DiCaprio woos Blake Lively in Disneyland

"Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner."

Tell that to the 'hacker' who released the series of snaps in the first place. Whoever it is, they've come back for an encore.

TMZ reports

that a second batch of photos (17 pictures in total) has now emerged. And the hacker insists that the snaps are of Lively.

The gossip website, which posted two of the new snaps today, claims that the hacker released the images with a warning, "Oh, yes, Blake's rep. These are totally fake. We really, really believe you. Want moar?"

One of the new snaps shows a topless woman (with her face obscured), sporting a pair of star shaped tattoos, much like Lively's character in

The Town

. Incriminating detail? Not so fast. Those tatts she had in the movie were fake.

There's been no comment from her rep regarding the new set of snaps.

Meanwhile, Lively is still overseas with her rumoured new beau,

Leonardo DiCaprio

.

The pair has sent the gossip mills churning after they were snapped holding hands in Monte Carlo over the weekend.

According to Us Weekly

, it's game on for the twosome as they spice up their stay in the French Riviera with some PDA.

And much later, while hobnobbing at a Grand Prix-viewing bash aboard a yacht, Lively's eyelids were all a flutter while checking out her new man. "Her face lit up when Leo was talking," says another source who supposedly witnessed the phenomenon.

Amy's 'raring to go'

She wasn't mucking about when she sang "no, no, no!" Soul chanteuse

Winehouse, who has long struggled with drink and drug abuse, checked herself into the Priory Clinic in southwest London last week for treatment.

Her spokesman says Winehouse will continue to be seen as an outpatient at the clinic.

"She would like to send a huge thanks to all her fans for the messages of support she has received over the last week and can't wait to see them."

Winehouse said last October she had been drug-free for three years.

According to

her website

Scandal sheet the
