Mel Gibson's pregnant girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has filed her second lawsuit in nine days - the latest accusing a former manager of selling sexy lingerie photos to the media.
Last week Grigorieva, 38, sued a web hosting company that claimed the domain name www.oksanagrigorieva.com.

Los Angeles law firm, Lavely and Singer, to file both suits.
The new lawsuit claims her former manager, Samuel Oriti, agreed the photos and negatives from Grigorieva's 2004 shoot were her "exclusive property" and would only be used to attempt to secure an endorsement deal with "a prominent lingerie company".
The photos surfaced in April this year on website Radar Online after news broke that Grigorieva was dating Gibson, who was divorcing his Australian wife of 28 years, Robyn.
Grigorieva alleges: "Oriti sold and/or conveyed some of the photographs to third parties for publication and public display, including to the web-based publication Radar Online and other publications without permission or authorisation of Grigorieva".
In the lawsuit, filed in the US District Court in Los Angeles, Grigorieva is described as an "internationally known model, pianist, musical composer and performer".
"Through her hard work and use of her talents as a model, pianist, musical composer and performer, plaintiff's [Grigorieva] name, photograph, likeness and persona are recognised by the public, have become valuable and are invested with substantial good will and commercial value," the lawsuit states.
Grigorieva sued web hosting company DreamHost.com on May 26 after it claimed the domain name oksanagrigorieva.com.
She alleges the company used the domain "in a blatant effort to impersonate and exploit the name, photograph, likeness and persona of internationally renowned model, pianist, musical composer and performer Oksana Grigorieva".
The site allegedly has posted false press releases to "wrongly exploit Grigorieva's name and likeness".
She is seeking $US100,000 ($159,385) in damages from DreamHost.com.
Gibson, 53, confirmed to US talk show host Jay Leno on May 25 that Grigorieva was carrying his baby.
Robyn Gibson, a former Adelaide dental nurse who has seven children with Gibson, filed for divorce in April and with no pre-nuptial agreement, is expected to get half of the reported $US900 million family fortune.
