The 9,000 sq ft Sky Villa
features an indoor waterfall, a round rotating bed complete with mirrors on the ceiling, a swimming pool, plasma TVs, a massage room, exercise room, sauna, media room and two bedrooms.
Before heading back to their luxurious suite, 46-year-old actor George and Sarah, 28, enjoyed a romantic meal at exclusive Las Vegas restaurant Nove and watched the Cirque Du Soleil tribute show to The Beatles, 'Love', at the Mirage Hotel and Casino.
On Friday, the couple went to the MGM Grand Hotel where they watched the Crazy Horse cabaret show.
George and Sarah started dancing and singing round a nearby fountain as they waited for their limousine.
Meanwhile, Beyonce Knowles loved "pigging out" on Valentine's Day.
The singer - whose is rumoured to be engaged to rapper Jay-Z - wanted to gorge on calorific treats on the most romantic day of the year after spending months dieting for her duet with Tina Turner at last week's Grammy Awards.
When asked how she would be spending Valentine's Day, Beyoncé said: "To get into my outfit I had to work hard and now it's over I just want to pig out. Now the awards are over I can eat whatever I want. Chocolate, sweets, carbs, everything!"
The former Destiny's Child star, famed for her curvaceous figure, squeezed into a tiny silver dress for her performance with the legendary singer at the prestigious event.
Jay-Z revealed he was planning a romantic surprise for Beyonce.
The producer told US TV show Extra: "I'm very romantic and very suave. I'm going to do something really great for her but only she'll know about it!"
Keith Urban dedicated a Valentine's Day song to pregnant wife Nicole Kidman.
The country singer was playing in New York's Madison Square Garden when he performed his hit Got It Right This Time in tribute to Nicole - who is currently in Australia.
He told the crowd on Wednesday: "It's Valentine's Day here tomorrow, but today it's already Valentine's Day in Australia."
The tribute ended a lively show for Keith, who at one point walked out into the crowd and played a song on his guitar before autographing the musical instrument and handing it to an audience member.
At the end of the show, Keith told the audience: "It won't take so long to come back this time. We'll be back in New York really soon."
Keith recently revealed he is planning on writing a song to dedicate to his first child when Nicole gives birth in July, adding: "It has been a really beautiful journey."
