Rather than simply running through the puzzle-like world, she dances. Based on the movements of a ballerina you can make her leap, pirouette and twirl from block platforms, hanging ribbons and hidden ladders - helping her to dodge the gigantic monster and fend off black paper planes.
But before you get to do any of that, you start the game in the most unexpected way: as a pregnant woman walking along a beach. Each level is accessible through the pregnant woman's journal and, unlike most platform games, you can choose to play any of the levels in any order. Not only this, the order you choose to play the level will affect its environment.
