Game of Thrones may have dropped a massive hint which is bad news for Sansa Stark

Fans are speculating over a potential plot twist in the latest episode of Game of Thrones, which could spell out the worst news yet for Sansa Stark.

They've been taking to Reddit to pick apart some supposed subtext from Sansa's conversation with Little Finger, in which she talks about the atrocities committed against her by Ramsay Bolton.

She says: "I can still feel it. I don't mean 'in my tender heart, it still pains me so.' I can still feel what he did, in my body, standing here, right now."

And many are taking that to mean that Sansa may be pregnant with Ramsay's child.

Sansa also fashioned herself a new dress before leaving Castle Black, and appeared to be picky about the food served there (though who wouldn't be?) - which fans are also taking as potential signs.

It's not the first time fans have speculated over a pregnancy for Sansa, as before the debut of this season, fans claimed a particular photo of Sansa made it look like she might have a small baby bump.
