Game of Thrones gets a Michael Jackson makeover

A scene from this week's Game of Thrones episode, Hardhome.

Just when you thought the last scene of the recent Game Of Thrones episode, Hardhome, couldn't get any scarier, someone has paired it with Michael Jackson's hit song Thriller.

The final scene of the most recent Game of Thrones episode finished with a particularly scary face-off between the Night's King and leader of the Knight's Watch, Jon Snow.

The Night's King, the icy leader of those horrible, inhuman White Walkers, showed just how powerful he is as he raised up an army of dead Wildlings leaving Snow to watch powerlessly as he sailed away with some survivors.

The scene which followed the epic battle has been hailed as one of the best of the series and it just so happens it fits in perfectly with Jackson's 1982 hit.

Thriller was famous for its scary video featuring werewolves and zombies.

The video was listed by the Guinness World Records in 2006 as the most successful music video, selling over nine million copies.

Now this mash-up with the Game of Thrones scene has taken the song to a creepier new level.

The song fits perfectly in with the final moments of Hardhome beginning from when Snow makes the safety of his boat and to the climax as the Night's King raises the army of dead Wildlings.

The video, created by YouTube user simonb02, has already been viewed 60,000 views but be warned, this creepy mash-up is not for the faint-hearted.
