The Wedding Crashers actor's wife Kyla Weber gave birth to a baby girl in Chicago on Saturday and the couple have decided to name the 7lbs tot Locklyn Kyla Vaughn.
A family friend said: "Both of them couldn't be happier to welcome their sweet little girl into their family!"
It
was revealed Kyla was pregnant in July but the couple refused to give any further details on the pregnancy.
Vince - who previously dated Jennifer Aniston - married real estate agent Kyla in January near his home city of Chicago in front of family and friends.
The nuptials took place in an "opulent, historic house at Lake Forest Academy".
Vince proposed to Kyla on Valentine's Day last year after realising she was the one for him.
He said: "I figured this is not a ship to be missed because I will not forget this date. So Valentine's Day was the day that I asked her."
The 40-year-old funny man met Kyla through a friend and knew almost immediately he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, he said: "She makes me laugh. She is wonderful. I'm just thrilled. It's the first time that I really want to have kids."
