It's a massive weekend for New Zealand dance with a host of Kiwis making huge statements on the world stage.
On Saturday night, Kiwi choreographer Parris Goebel premiered her show The Parris Project at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship - the same place she got her start at just16 years old.
Back then, she and her crew, ReQuest won gold in the varsity division and since then, crews Goebel has put together have won eight golds.
Now, she has her own show, which she premiered to an excited Las Vegas crowd and thousands of fans from around the world watching via Facebook LiveStream.
The Project - originally shrouded in mystery - turned out to be along the lines of Beyonce's Lemonade, mixing artistic video clips with spoken word, music and dance. Goebel debuted tracks from her upcoming album, all of which were accompanied by either a video clip or a live dance performance - or both.
She also took the opportunity to show her own fashion line, with the dancers forming a runway on the stage while others strutted their stuff, voguing for the crowd.
But Goebel isn't the only Kiwi dancer taking on the world, with three New Zealand dance crews taking their chance to become World Hip Hop Dance Champions on Sunday night.
The Bradas, Masque and Megacrew, from the Auckland-based Identity Dance Company, will take to the stage in the final of "the Olympics of dance".
"It's about to go down!" adult crew The Bradas posted on Facebook.
The Bradas finished first in their semi-final and will be hoping for a repeat of last year's competition in San Diego, when they beat thousands of other dancers from more than 50 countries to place first in their division.
Megacrew are going into the finals having placed second, and Masque third, in their respective preliminaries.
