I understand this is not what you were expecting, but I hope its just as enjoyable. I'm going to try and make it super special for you. By the time Glastonbury rolls around I should be back on my feet."

The news means Welch will not be as animated when she and her bandmates play the second weekend of their Coachella stint on Sunday.
It was announced that Florence + The Machine will be among the headliners at this year's Splendour In The Grass festival in Byron Bay, Australia.
