Ready For It is the second single from Swift's upcoming album, Reputation, and was co-written by her frequent collaborators Max Martin, Karl Schuster and Ali Payami, who were behind much of her mega-hit album, 1989.
The meaning behind Ready For It's lyrics, of course, will be much analysed. There are references to a "heist" (perhaps another dig at West and his wife, Kim Kardashian), Elizabeth Taylor (one of Kardashian's idols) and a love interest who was "younger than my exes" (aka Harry Styles).
"Knew I was a robber/ First time that he saw me/ Stealing hearts and running off and never saying 'sorry'/ But if I'm a thief then/ He can join the heist," Swift sings.
Then, there's the line about Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton's legendary Hollywood romance. "We'll move to an island and he can be my jailer ... Burton to this Taylor," Swift instructs.
Ready For It is the follow up to first single Look What You Made Me Do, which contained a string of references to her famous breakups and feuds.
The controversial video - released last week during the MTV Video Music Awards - broke YouTube streaming records after it clocked more than 43 million views in a day, according to Variety.
Reputation is out on November 10.
