Kids don't need to be taught how to laugh (scientific fact, out this week) but if you want to help them hone their funny bones beyond fart jokes, get them along to the pros to learn a trick or two.

The 5PM Project, hosted by Rose Matafeo

Live comedy that's like Twitter in 3D. Drop the teens in town to see stars of TV3's Jono and Ben at Ten Rose Matafeo, Guy Williams, Joseph Moore and more entertain you with their unique style of stand-up. Put down that phone, and have an actual laugh with other people. Billed as a generational gap-filler between Stand-Up For Kids and the more adult-orientated shows.
