David Bowie's son has posted a cryptic tweet appearing to poke fun at Lady Gaga following her tribute to his late father at the Grammy Awards.
Duncan Jones posted the Oxford English Dictionary's definition for the word "gaga" on Twitter during last night's ceremony, after the 29-year-old star performed nineof the late musician's hits in a stunning six-minute performance.
Bowie's son tweeted: "overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused." Damn it! What IS that word!?"

While the meaning of Duncan's tweet is not entirely clear, the message has sparked speculation from the Twittersphere that he wasn't impressed with Gaga's tribute to his late father, who died of cancer aged 69 last month.
During the performance, Gaga sang Space Oddity, Changes, Ziggy Stardust, Suffragette City, Rebel, Rebel, Fashion, Fame and Let's Dance before ending with Heroes which culminated in a standing ovation from the Los Angeles' Staples Center crowd.
The singer - who has admitted to being heavily influenced by the star and even got a tattoo of Ziggy Stardust on her side just a few days ago - was backed by Nile Rodgers, who produced Bowie's 'Let's Dance' album.
While Duncan may not have enjoyed the Born This Way hitmaker's performance, several stars took to Twitter to praise the blonde.
Visual effects during Gaga's tribute to David Bowie included signature lightening bolt and spider images.
Bette Midler tweeted: "Lady Gaga slays it!!! And there's the great #nilerogers...David Bowie lives. God, I miss him," while Ellen DeGeneres wrote: "That was so great. You're always going to another level."
