Wearing a long, sheer, black dress with her hair loose, Goodrem performed some of her biggest hits including List Without You, plus her new single Wings.
At the age of 15, Goodrem signed to Sony Music and released her album Innocent Eyes in 2003.
The album topped the Australian Albums Chart and reached number two in the UK.
She also dabbled with acting, playing aspiring singer Nina Tucker Aussie soap opera Neighbours.
In July 2003, at the age of 18, Goodrem was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma.
She announced she was in remission near the end of 2003, after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
